Our Adult Tumbling Classes last 1.5 hours long, and are a combination of instruction from coaches and an open-gym. You will have full access of the gym equipment as well as hands-on spotting/instruction from our USA Gymnastics certified coaches!

 

This class is suitable for absolute beginners and experienced gymnasts and tumblers.
